It appears that the new hot item on the list of celb couples has rumors of engagement circling.Benji Madden and Paris Hilton were spotted shopping in WeHo a few days ago.
Now Madden is telling those around him that Paris is “the one” for him.There have even been pictures of Paris with a silver Tiffanys band on her ring finger!Lets see if this one works out!I hope so!
